Life outside Midrex
Outside of work, Midrex teammates are parents, volunteers, athletes, musicians, mentors, travelers and creators. They are passionate about their hobbies and activities. We support a healthy life-work balance through flexible arrangements and a culture that respects time outside the office.
What I like the most about working with Midrex is that you get to do a lot of big, important work. I get fantastic travel opportunities and have met some of the greatest people: we really help each other out, so nothing gets too overwhelming because you always have people you can lean on.
